HAROLD WOOD CRICKET CLUB 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE
This is to inform you that the Harold Wood CC 2021 annual general meeting will be held in
person and via Zoom ( log-in details below) at the Harold Wood clubhouse on Monday February 28th, 7.30pm for 8.00pm start.
We regret that the AGM is being held later than usual. Due to the COVID pandemic it was decided to delay the meeting until the new year.
Please note that only those members who are 18 years and over and fully paid up members are eligible to stand for office or vote.
Below are the management committee’s nominations for officers/captains and vice captains.
Any other nominations must be submitted to the secretary at least SEVEN days before the agm.

Annual subscriptions
Discussion on the below as noted and promised at the 2020 AGM
The management committee proposes that there will no longer be an annual subscription for all playing members OTHER THAN ACADEMY MEMBERS.
Instead it is proposed that Saturday senior match fees will rise to £15, junior/unemployed/full time students unchanged at £7. All first match fees will include HWSA membership.
(if following AGM discussion that players participate in games with no teas the split will be £10 and £5)
Academy Annual Subscription (u-21) £20 (Inclusive of HWSA membership) - there will be additional cost for shirt and caps. All Stars and Dynamo cricket costs will be as per ECB guidelines.
Non-playing Associate Cricket Membership £20
Lifetime cricket membership £20
All coaches to receive free match fees providing they are actively participating
Sunday match fees £7 for all players - £5 if no teas.
The discussions at the AGM will be what ultimately decides the pricing structure - please attend the meeting and actively participate.
