Match report A game that ended in an unfortunate way. After reducing Walthamstow to 182 for 7, our reply did not start the way we expected. Loosing Chris "Twinge again" Clarke to the first ball and then brother Peter leaving a straight one soon after, we were in early trouble. Wickets tumbled at regular intervals. At 69 for 6, Matt Sewell hit a ball straight back to the bowler, striking him above the left eye. An ambulance arrived after a long delay and both captains decided to abandon the game. Not the result we wanted, but under the circumstances, the right decision.
